So glad this run is out of the way.  It was rough.  Tried to get up at 6 to beat the heat but snooze buttoned it up a bunch and didn't get out until 6:45.  Was still decent temp, its going to be cooler today (I think 85 instead of 95).  Decided to try a new route around the lake, and it was beautiful, basically a tour of all the nicest houses I've ever seen and about a billion garage sales.  But it was HILLY.  This was one of the hilliest routes I've ever done. Mile 3 and Mile 10 and 11 were pretty much all up giant hills (you can see it in the time) and I was done after mile 11.  Luckily I got to go down the huge hill at mile 12, so that's the only thing that got me through.  I thought I would have Justin come pick me up but I walked up the humongous hill back home at the end since he was still sleeping.

I just barrreeellyyyy sqeaked all those miles in under the 10 minute mark!  :-)

Now time for some golf and a lovely weekend day back with Justin and Cooper!  I missed them!

Golfed 18 holes at Langdon - such a beautiful course!  So hot, sweaty, and tired though, even though we had a cart.  Thought we were only golfing 9 so I did a poor job with the sunscreen and now I have some bad sunburn on my arms and calves to show for it.

Great job on your hilly long run!
