5pm, 49F.  Drizzling especially in the last mile.

Ran with Lisa and Anya today, up a HUGE hill in the first mile.  Then we celebrated with delicious Zao noodles for Anya's belated birthday afterwards, and I ate waaay too much.  Way more than 4.4 miles earns!

I swear I thought that hill was 750 ft. up--- I'm kind of disapointed that it's not because it's so much work. Totally worth it though. Great run!!!! I can't wait until next Thursday!!!!

Yeah same comment here, great run! I feel so good we conquered that hill and got such a great work out despite the weather. It is hard to get out and run when it is freezing out but somehow I manage. So much more fun with you both of you though! Look forward to next Thur run!!
