First real bike ride!  1 hour on the interurban trail!  Averaged 11.4 miles per hour, that seems really really slow, but oh well.  Saw about a million rabbits on the way back.

Second real bike ride!  Rode for an hour and 5 minutes on the Green River Trail.  Didn't like this as much, or we seemed to lose it for awhile and that was weird.  It was also a lot bumpier than interurban.  Was going a little faster this time, 12 mph average.  Would like to increase this even more. My legs were deaaadd at the end.

Ran the farthest I've run yet, 1.75 miles. Was about about an average of 11:30 pace, oh well!  What are you going to do?  My dog Cooper was pretty much just walking to keep up with me.  I've noticed that running every other day is a hefty goal though, my ankle usually aches for a few days after running.  I think every 3 days is a better goal for now.

9 holes walking on the golf course.  Actually played 15 holes, but after 9 opted to get a cart, it was so hot outside and it would be okay if I was just walking, but carrying the bag too was making me just pour buckets of sweat. Not that enjoyable.
