60 minutes outside after work.  Sun, but not that warm, windy.  Felt kind of slow and blah (took the full 60 minutes to do the 4 loops, so pretty much 10 minute miles).  I'm getting slower the more I run?  I also haven't figured out this eating thing yet, I'm STARVING when I get home, but then I eat too much and feel sick when I'm running.

Try eating just one banana before you run. If that's too plain add some almond or peanut butter to each bite. Serious power food! :)

Haha, I also feel that i am getting slower..

Do the 5 fingers slow you down at all? At least at first did they? I am very interested in starting to work up to them. I want to start doing barefoot walks and smaller runs barefoot.

I still haven't figured out food! Stinks!

Food is hard, I'm going to try that banana snack. I need to eat more of those any way.

Seriously Nicole SWEDISH FISH-- SWEDISH FISH:) 3.MEALS.A.DAY

Another benefit of the Swedish Fish diet is the availability (carried at every respectable gas station) and they never go bad.
