SO HARD.  10.15 miles running this morning (7:30am, after my conference call), 2 big laps around campus and 2 small laps.  At almost 9 my water was gone so I stopped and got a can of 100 Plus (Coke's carbonated kind-of gatorade), which helped, but its funny to run holding a can.

Now not only have I gotten 4 non-runners to sign up for a 5k but I've gotten 2 of those non-runners to also sign up for a 10k (the same time as the half marathon)!!!

YOUR AMAZING!!! I want to do a long run on Saturday-- wish you were here. How is your knee? Does the heat help, my Dad swears that warmers climates help with aches and pains.

Let's go to Yogurtland when I get back! What are you doing this weekend? Anything fun for the 4th? How far are you going to go on Saturday? So far my knee / ankle feel pretty good, although I think it is mostly from resting a bunch and keeping my runs to 4 a week instead of going crazy like I always do.
