AM - 6:30am, 4.07 miles, so sluggish.  Did 4 400's around the track with 400 recovery in between.  Wanted to do more but had an early morning and just felt kind of blah (as I do during most morning runs, I just can't seem to force myself to be a morning person).

400 Splits: 2:16 (132), 2:14 (137), 2:09 (142), 2:05 (146)

PM - 6:00pm, since this morning's run was so blah I decided to head out for more.  Was feeling good this evening!  Pretty much repeated this morning's workout.  It felt good to run as hard as I could and know it was okay to stop whenever I was tired (since I'd already done the miles in the morning).  3.5 miles, 4 more 400's at the track, much faster!

TT: 31:48   AP: 9:06  AHR: 145

400 Splits: 1:58 (151), 1:55 (159), 1:55 (164), 1:52 (165)

Was so tired at the end and it was really difficult to recover for the last 400.  But those times are more like it!!!

I need to be careful, with Sunday's long run/ hike and today's double-duty my mileage is getting up there.  Next week needs to be a lighter week, maybe only 3 days of running.
