Day #15.  Swam 30 laps (1,500 yards) this morning (20 laps or 1,000 yards in a row) - a new record!  Worked on flip turns but I suck - its more like a side turn.  Then Jordanne and I did one hour of Centergy.  Book club fun, then went back to the gym just for 20 minutes with Justin and did leg weights (we had good intentions but went to Costco on the way and ended up getting there just 20 minutes before it closed).  LOVE 3 DAY WEEKENDS!

You're on fire with that swimming!!! I bet you feel fabulous, do you feel sore after swims and fatigue?

My shoulders were sore the first couple of times I swam, now its better but my arms still get tired because I'm such a weakling! :-) I've been really sore from Thursday's group power class though. Do you have tomorrow off?! How was the reunion?
