Day #15. Swam 30 laps (1,500 yards) this morning (20 laps or 1,000 yards in a row) - a new record! Worked on flip turns but I suck - its more like a side turn. Then Jordanne and I did one hour of Centergy. Book club fun, then went back to the gym just for 20 minutes with Justin and did leg weights (we had good intentions but went to Costco on the way and ended up getting there just 20 minutes before it closed). LOVE 3 DAY WEEKENDS! |
