Run a 5k in less than 23 minutes 

Run a 10k in less than 47 minutes

FINISH another marathon (without wanting to die this time); beat 3:55:08, and someday BQ!

AM - 11 lovely miles this morning!  5 in Pt. Defiance Park with Lisa and Jordanne - so lovely there and I must go back and check out their trails!  Came home and Lisa left (so about a 40 minute break) then Jordanne and I did a few more then she left then I made Justin go, then he left, so I did 1 more hard, about 8:10 pace.  Tired now!

Such a great place to run! If you really want to experience running in the park you'll have to check out the Defiance 50k. I think it is in the fall. You have your choice of 15k, 30k or 50k and they cover a lot of the trails.
