Tuesdays are SO long.  Early morning class, meeting, conference call, afternoon class, evening class, gym.  Somewhere in there it was snowing outside.  Ridiculous, can it be spring already?  They're saying something about 6 inches later this week, we'll see about that!

6 miles at the gym track, I guess that means Sunday's run wasn't too damaging to my knee!  :-)  2nd mile was tempo, 4th mile was 1 lap on 1 lap off, both were around 7:53.   Walk lap after each of the fast miles.

You wouldn't! You would just feel like, it passes! :-) Run tomorrow night? Same time same place? Or new time, new place?!
